relaxation
My Playshop concept focuses on playful exploration of your own body. I give suggestions, impulses and assistance and guide you into a pleasant relaxation - with more activity or more rest, depending on the offer. Apart from that, you can also (further) develop your physical and dancing skills in a harmonious and relaxed way.
For all Playshops, we recommend movement-friendly clothing and for your feet, shoes with thin soles, barefoot or non-slip socks to ensure good contact with the floor and your body.

Dancing with other people can be like having a conversation together. How we express ourselves determines how the conversation goes. This playshop is aimed at curious dancers of all levels. No specific dance is taught, but the topics of connection, leading and following are covered. Awareness of the principles of leading and following can be expanded using dance education exercises. Dancing with others offers an intensive experience of non-verbal communication. The goal is to be able to make the shared dance a pleasant experience. In addition, the interpersonal connection as well as aspects of responsibility and trust are experienced and trained.
All dance usually begins on the floor, and yet its potential is often literally overlooked. However, the conscious perception of the floor can also be used as a source of inspiration, security and posture. In this playshop, we will use creative and movement-educational methods to get in touch with this often underestimated dance partner while sitting, lying and standing. No previous knowledge is necessary. Even experienced dancers can enrich their repertoire here.
When everyday life has us firmly in its grip, conscious movement to music can offer a simple resource for relaxation. Your body receives various movement inspirations in which your physical and mental needs can be experienced and respected. In an open setting without pressure to perform, we immerse ourselves in what is happening in the moment. The mindful movement of the body - both for oneself and in a group - enables a connection to one's own body and the group.
In walking meditation, we are not accompanied by music, but by natural rhythms and sounds: the focus is on a mindful perception of the physical structures and processes in natural walking. The breathing, the skeleton, the muscles and tendons are consciously felt in harmonious interaction. In addition to looking inwards, I offer a watchful approach to the surroundings passing by with various perception exercises.
